Buying Home

Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will make and Senel Property Inspection wants to be there to help you make an informed decision.

Making sure your new home is safe and secure is our biggest goal. When you choose Senel Property Inspections you can guarantee the highest quality inspection.

Having a home inspection completed is a common clause before closing sale on a house. A home inspection is an inexpensive way to discover the universal condition of a home. As a buyer, it protects you from unknown faults and risks in the house that may come up in the future. It is important to choose a qualified inspector as a good inspector will examine features that are not readily visible.

Seller's Inspection

If you are selling your house, having an inspection done can be an important key in your arsenal.

Having everything disclosed before the sale is closed allows the sale of the home to go through without a hitch. It allows you to fix any necessary repairs, using a reasonably-priced contractor of your choosing, and therefore justify your asking price.
