Our team of inspectors have been serving California as one of the original residential and commercial inspection companies. Founded in 1978, our company has dedicated itself to excellence in both our inspectors and customer service. We at Senel Inspection hire licensed and qualified inspectors who are also specialists in one or more fields. The specialization ranges from general contractors to engineers to members of different organizations. To ensure excellence we train and inform our inspectors of all updates pertaining to the industry codes. Any questions that you may have concerning your reports will be answered promptly by the inspector who wrote the report. You can also request inspectors that you would like to have doing your inspection. This way when you find an inspector you prefer you can request them. Our inspectors are insured and covered with workman compensation. This way you do not have to worry if they are injured during the course of the inspection. | Our inspectors are members of:

 | JB Newman Senior Inspector JB Newman brings to Senel Inspection a wealth of knowledge and a lifetime of experience. JB joined Senel in 1998 and began her career as a residential property inspector. She has performed in excess of 20,000 home inspections. In 2002 JB completed the Commercial Inspection Course through ITA and has become an acclaimed specialist in that field-performing more than 1,000 commercial inspection as of 2009. Almost all of her inspections are "by request" and referrals from previous satisfied and repeat clients. JJB was lauded by the Los Angeles Times as being one of the BEST GENERAL CONTRACTORS in Los Angeles in 1992 and received special recognition from the Southern California Gas Co. for her unique and energy-saving remodeling of a kitchen for a client. JB is a member of the Global Association of Prime Home Inspectors (GAPHI) and the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization (I.E.S.O.) and is a Senior Inspector for Senel Inspection, Inc. |
 | Bob Senel Senior Inspector Bob Senel founded Senel Inspection, Inc. in 1978 and has performed more than 15,000 inspections. He is a certified mold inspector, a licensed radon inspector, a licensed general contractor. He is a member of the Global Association of Prime Home Inspectors (GPAHI). |
 | Omer Kavrul Senior Inspector Omer Kavrul joined Senel Inspection in 2001 as a residential property inspector and has completed more than 15,000 home inspections. Omer received his Mechanical Engineering Degree in 1982 and has worked as an engineer in numerous engineering projects around the world. Omer is a member of the Global Association of Prime Home Inspectors (GAPHI). He is a bilingual inspector (Turkish). |
